| CURRENT CLASSES Oak Park Locations: Inner Wisdom Yoga 805 South Blvd. CLASSES ONGOING & DROP IN Healing Gong for World Peace 2011 The gong is an ancient spiritual instrument and it's depth of penetration and magic is hard to describe...you must give it a try for yourself. It is very cleansing and you leave feeling amazing. This year I am devoting the Healing Gong to World Peace. At the beginning of each class we will take a few minutes to center and focus on World Peace. We will still have about 40-45 minutes of the deeply relaxing Gong but will anchor World Peace first. The great thing about World Peace is it begins within and will be carried on the vibration of the Gong. This actually happens anyway but I will be setting a clear intention for this. 4th Fridays of the month 7:30-8:45pm$10 drop in |

The Sacred Art of Mantra
Join us for a workshop where you will:
o Discover ways to de-stress through sound and mantra
o Learn chants you can use for your own practice
o Develop & understand the Power & importance of Your
Voice
In this experiential workshop we will chant as a group,
discuss the impact of chanting on our parasympathetic
nervous system and begin to understand how to use chant to
relax.
Beginners welcome
If you have never tried chanting and always wanted to here’s
your chance! Gina will lead you in utilizing Sanskrit,
Gurumukhi and English mantras, in a comfortable, relaxed
atmosphere where you can really experience the full beauty
of chanting!
